Get Ready for a Re-Phil at 2nd annual Coffee & Tea Festival!

Oaks, PA. August 4, 2014 - Mark your calendars, tea and coffee fans as the Coffee & Tea Festival: Philadelphia gets ready to return to the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center on Saturday, November 8th and Sunday, November 9th. After the overwhelming positive feedback from the inaugural Philadelphia area festival in 2013, the 2nd Annual Coffee & Tea Festival: Philly promises to be bigger and better than the first, featuring some of the biggest names in the coffee and tea industry. Exhibitors will include Firsd Tea, Café Excellence, Salazon Chocolate, Ajiri Tea, Stonekeep Meadery, Red Rose, Cabot, Capital Teas, Full Spirited Flavours, Salada, Health & Tea, and many more...

Last year, the festival debuted in Philadelphia and brought in a crowd of 3,000 attendees. "The Coffee & Tea Festival is a celebration of everything related to coffee and tea," said Kristyn Dolan, Event Manager of the festival. "It is continuously growing in popularity, which allows us to host it in other great regions like the Greater Philadelphia area," she added. "The lineup of exhibitors, including national and local key players, is sure to delight all attendees. We hope this festival becomes the area's premier tasting event for the two beloved beverages; also helping exhibitors turn attendees into customers," boasted Dolan.

Many programs will be available to increase your knowledge on coffee and tea. Topics will be as varied as "The Health Benefits of Tea" to a chocolate and tea pairing. Most programs are free with the price of admission but some require a small participation fee. The full program schedule will be added to the website, CoffeeAndTeaFestival.com in the coming weeks. Check the website often for updates!

Proceeds from the festival will help benefit Cup for Education, a non-profit organization that is helping poor, rural coffee communities of Central and Latin America build schools and educational programs within their communities. Cup for Education will also be running a cell phone drive at the event so make sure to bring your outdated, broken, and/or unused phones to donate towards a good cause.

The Coffee & Tea Festival Philly will run from 10am-5pm on Saturday and Sunday. Tickets for a single day pass will be $20 and a two-day pass will is discounted to $30. Admission includes tastings from the international lineup of coffee and tea exhibitors as well as attendance to select programming sessions. Purchase tickets and obtain additional information at CoffeeAndTeaFestival.com. The first 1,000 attendees each day will receive a complimentary gift bag.
