Food and Beverage Festival to Make Debut in Greater Philadelphia

November 1, 2017 (Oaks, PA). Greater Philadelphia Expo Center is set to host the first ever Eat This Drink That Festival, a food and drink festival catering to all your senses! Kick-off your holiday season by indulging in delicious food and beverages from local and national gourmet, craft, and specialty purveyors. Eat This Drink That will combine your favorite things about beer and wine festivals with food tastings for the ultimate consumer sampling event. Eat This Drink That is sure to provide you with a little bit of everything to leave you satisfied! Expect wine, cider, mead, beer and non-alcoholic beverages too like water sponsor, Essentia. You will also find sweet and savory foods from snacks to prepared dishes, condiments, and more! Find tasty appetizers that will sure impress your taste buds and any holiday party guest. This event will also give you the opportunity to purchase many of the wonderful things you try. It’s a great way to check those foodies and craft beverage aficionados off your holiday list!

The festival will feature educational and entertaining programming that will be hosted by some of the area’s food personalities and featured chefs on the Dilworth’s Kitchen stage. You can expect a wide array of demonstrations from holiday cookie decorating to the art of sushi to the science in food trends. Of note, National President of the American Culinary Federation, Chef Thomas Macrina will be speaking about classic French dishes and techniques. Everyone is sure to find programming of their interest. All programming is included in your ticket price. Demonstration seating is on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Eat This Drink That will be held on Friday, December 1, 2017 from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm and Saturday, December 2, 2017 from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, PA.
